All lesson slots are on a first come first served basis. The agreed time slot is yours until you notify me otherwise.
If you cancel a lesson without giving at least 48 hours notice, or don't show up for your scheduled time, you will have to pay the full amount for the lesson.
Cancellations or reschedules must be by phone, not email.
The start time of your lesson is your allocation. If you are late, I may not be able to overrun to make up the hour.
If you are unable to attend your allotted time slot for more than 2 consecutive lessons, I will require payment for the subsequent missed lessons if you wish to keep the slot.
If you frequently miss/cancel lessons I may have to allocate your slot to someone else.
