All lessons are on a first come first served basis, until an agreed time slot is available. This will then become your slot until you notify me otherwise. All slots are subject to change.
If you cancel a lesson without giving at least 48 hours notice, or don't show up for your scheduled time, you will have to pay the full amount for the lesson.
Cancellations or reschedules must be by phone, not email.
The start time of your lesson is your allocation. If you are late, the lesson cannot overrun to make up the full hour.
If you are unable to attend your allotted time slot for more than 2 consecutive lessons, or you frequently cancel lessons, I may have to allocate your slot to someone else.
